Blood Lotus is the music project of Hannah Wu, fusing club, ambient, experimental R&B, avant-garde pop and traditional Chinese instruments.

Produced by Kuya Neil, Ryan Fennis and Voidhood, ‘Motions’ evokes ‘spectral worlds where the past and future collide in motion; intimate vocals flutter over shapeshifting beats, scaffolded by oscillating synths and glistening strings’. ‘Motions’ is the first single release off Blood Lotus’ upcoming album, due for release on content.net.au.

Hannah Wu also makes ambient music in collaboration with poet Panda Wong, under the moniker Lotus Threads.
