'After Hours'

Shot predominantly on a Mamiya 7,  After Hours was published under James J.Robinson's AEVOE imprint.

In his attempt to dismantle white beauty standards present in contemporary fashion photography, Robinson exclusively cast models of colour, politicising the  often problematic commercial photography medium. Robinson only uses light already present, eliminating the need for extensive lighting setups, recycling wasted light into poignant dreamscapes.
